About Ivory County
Ivory County is in Sector 115, Central Noida, and covers 28 acres of land. First of all, this big project has three main types of homes - 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK units. Meanwhile, the County Group is building it in three parts, and notably, each part has RERA stamps to show it's legal. Furthermore, the homes cost from ₹3.05 crore to ₹11.79 crore, which clearly shows they are quite nice. In addition, there are 23 tall towers with about 2300 homes in all. Above all, the site has lots of open space and green areas too, so you can enjoy fresh air after work.
Ivory County offers many home types to fit what you want. To begin with, the small 3 BHK homes start at 2034 square feet and go up to 2304 square feet. Similarly, the 4 BHK homes range from 2727 to 4707 square feet for those who need more space. On top of that, the largest 5 BHK homes are huge at 6939 square feet. Along with size, each home comes semi-done with nice floors - tiles in living rooms and wood in main rooms. In the same way, the space you can use (carpet area) is good too, from 1255 square feet in small units to 4085 square feet in big ones.

Ivory County has a prime spot in Sector 115, Central Noida, with good links to main roads. The apartment complex exists 15.7 km from Kalindi Kunj while you can access it through Maha Maya Flyover and FNG Expressway. A convenient location exists between NH 24 and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway relative to the site that measures 9 km distance. Besides this, it's near Gaur Sportswood and Mahagun Mirabella, which adds value to the area. As a result of being the last sector in Noida, there won't be much more building here later, and consequently, it's next to a green belt.
The Ivory County work began in July 2023 and is now moving ahead well. Of course, first two parts should be done by December 2028, which is the date they gave to RERA. After that, the third part will take a bit more time and should be ready by December 2029. At present, they are in the early build stage and have not yet asked for final checks on any homes. For the first two parts, home sign-up has not yet begun, but in contrast, for part three, you can start the sign-up work now. Therefore, this shows that they are on track with their plan.
The Ivory County homes were first sold at ₹6500 per square foot when they just started. Soon after, the price has gone up to ₹15,000-17,000 per square foot, which shows they are in high demand. Even so, this means the cost for a home run ranges from ₹3.05 crore for small units to ₹11.79 crore for the big ones. In addition to the base price, you pay more for car space (₹7 lakh), club use (₹2.5 lakh), land rent (₹80 per square foot), and power back-up (₹25,000 per KVA). Despite the high price, some folks are now selling their spots for about ₹12,000 per square foot.
The County Group brings more than 30 years of know-how to this site, which gives trust to home buyers. For instance, this team has built at least seven big sites so far, such as Orange County and Cherry County. Moreover, they have shown they can finish homes on time, which means less waiting for you. In the meantime, they have just one more site going on now, so they can focus well on this one. Under Mr. Amit Modi, they have made a good name for top homes that last long. Finally, they own all the land for this site too, which means no money fights later.
